outlays.

Selected Tables have been updated to include the advance estimate of the 3rd quarter GDP.

Added tables 3.15.1-3.15.6, 3.16, 3.17, 3.20, and 3.21 from the comprehensive
revision. In addition, tables 3.1 and 3.3 have been updated to reflect
corrected estimates for 2004 and 2005 for certain addenda lines, specifically
total receipts, capital transfer receipts, total expenditures, and capital
transfer payments.
