Poultry and poultry products

Cash receipts from poultry and poultry products is the value of gross revenues received from the marketing of poultry and eggs during a given calendar year from a farm or hatchery establishment. Poultry includes egg laying chickens; broilers and other meat type chickens; turkeys; and other miscellaneous poultry such as ducks, geese, ostrich, pheasant, and quail.
