Value of inventory change: materials and supplies
The value of inventory change for materials and supplies is the value of the net change in the farm inventories of materials and supplies (i.e., purchased inputs such as feed, seed, fertilizer, and chemicals) during a given calendar year. (See also total value of inventory change.)
