The REIS estimates and software are available here for download as one large compressed installation file. Please e-mail or call us for help.

Latest update news

1. If you would like to be notified when an update is available, or if you would like to be notified with the CD-ROM product is available, please e-mail reis.remd@bea.gov.
2. The years 2003-2004 were revised from the previous release of April 2006. Population and per capita estimates were revised back to 2000.
3. There were several changes to metropolitan areas.
4. On the day of release, April 26, in the early afternoon, an update was made to the software to correct a problem displaying BEARFACTS for MSAs, and to modify the format of exported fixed-length records.
5. On April 27 minor updates were done to the County Summary program.
