How can I get a copy of the last BE-10 or BE-11 survey report that was submitted?

Please note that each U.S. multinational enterprise must retain a copy of its report for at least 3 years after the report’s original due date.

If prior filings were submitted through the BEA eFile System at www.bea.gov/efile, these reports may be accessed through this system.

To request a copy of a previously submitted report not submitted through eFile, we require a written request signed by an officer of the company. The request must be on company letterhead and contain the name, signature, and title of the authorized requestor. The request may be submitted via secure message in eFile, mailed to the address on the form, or faxed to 301-278-9502.

• Officers include the President, Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Treasurer. Officers do not include the Corporate Controller, Financial Manager, or General Counsel, unless this person also holds the title of President, Vice President, Corporate Secretary, or Treasurer.
