Where can I get the 1997 Capital Flow Table?

The capital flow table shows the use of new structures, equipment and software by industry. The 1997 Capital Flow Table, released in September 2003, is available in an Excel spreadsheet. Several versions of the table are available. The most detailed has 183 6-digit NAICS commodities for rows, and 123 3-digit or 4-digit NAICS industries for columns. In the detailed table, the rows indicate the commodities that comprise the investment, and the columns indicate the using industry. In other versions of the table, NIPA categories for equipment and structures comprise the rows.
