BEA is in the process of upgrading our eFile system and has begun transitioning some forms to web-based versions.
To improve efficiency and ensure timelier processing of survey responses, the BE-15 survey has transitioned to an electronic-only submission format, and paper forms should not be mailed or faxed. All U.S. affiliates required to file the BE-15C form will do so, beginning with the 2025 survey year, using the new web-based version of the form in eFile. If you were notified to file a BE-15 survey, but do not meet the filing requirements, submit the new web-based BE-15 Claim for Exemption in eFile. All other U.S. affiliates should continue using the PDF versions of the BE-15A and BE-15B forms in eFile.
