U.S. International Trade in Goods and Services, July 2025
The U.S. goods and services trade deficit increased in July 2025 according to the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis and the U.S. Census Bureau. The deficit increased from $59.1 billion in June (revised) to $78.3 billion in July, as imports increased more than exports. The goods deficit increased $18.2 billion in July to $103.9 billion. The services surplus decreased $1.1 billion in July to $25.6 billion.

WASHINGTON DC, April 23, 2008 – Today, the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) released estimates of personal income at the county level for 2007 based on newly available source data. The percent change from 2006 to 2007 in county personal income ranged from -11 percent in McPherson County, Nebraska to 88 percent in Campbell County, South Dakota. For the nation, personal income grew 6.0 percent.

Personal Income and Outlays, February 2009
February 2009 Personal income decreased $29.1 billion, or 0.2 percent, and disposable personal income (DPI) decreased $10.5 billion, or 0.1 percent, in February, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis. Personal consumption expenditures (PCE) increased $17.2 billion, or 0.2 percent.

Real gross domestic product -- the output of goods and services produced by labor and property located in the United States -- decreased at an annual rate of 6.3 percent in the fourth quarter of 2008, (that is, from the third quarter to the fourth quarter), according to final estimates released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
